Renewable Energy Generation Plant Synopsis
Raw Material- Napier Grass which is also called as Energy Crop. Napier grass cultivation not only helps in generation of renewable energy in terms of BioCNG but most importantly it increases earning power of local Farmers
BioCNG
Renewable fuel which will (and should) replace fossil fuels such as Diesel/Petrol/ Natural Gas etc.
Government of India has mandated 1% of BioCNG blend to OMC (Oil Marketing Companies) from November 2023
Fertilizer
Bio-methanation process deployed for organic raw material degradation and for biogas generation generates highly organic fertilizer as a bi-product
Use of this organic fertilizer will (and should) replace chemical fertilizer use at the end of farmers so as to increase soil fertility
